Current Vacancies

Junior Engineer - Full time

Location:

Hybrid - London based with some home working and site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Log, manage, and resolve technical incidents efficiently
  • Meet SLA targets
  • Identify repeat issues and report trends for long-term improvement
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation
  • Provide day-to-day IT support and act as a single point of contact for users
  • Build strong relationships with end users and take ownership of incidents
  • Follow escalation procedures when required

Essentials Skills:

  • Experience with Windows 11 operating system and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 stack
  • Active Directory user and computer management
  • Basic networking experience
  • Prior experience working within a Managed Service Desk provider
  • 2+ years’ experience in IT support
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and professionally to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Exposure to Dell and HP hardware

Work Experience Placement

Location:

Hybrid - London based with some home working and site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain hands-on experience with our Service Desk and client environments
  • Shadow team members and learn day-to-day IT support tasks
  • Assist with basic troubleshooting and user setup
  • Help log and manage support tickets
