Here are various options for establishing remote support connections to customer computers. If there is an issue connecting with our main remote tool, ScreenConnect, we have two additional options available:
Screen Connect
Enter the access code provided by your engineer in the box below to begin your support session. This will allow us to securely connect to your device and assist you in real time.
Start a remote session

Take Control
Please click on the link below which will download the TakeControl.exe file. Then please open the file to initiate a remote session:

DWService
Please go to the website below and download the remote support agent, once started choose the Run option (radio button) and click Next.
Once agent has started it will show User and Password, which you can provide to your engineer.
