We take backups seriously, and we always back up data at multiple levels.
Image-level backup
Server image-level backups create a complete snapshot of the operating system, applications and data, enabling rapid restoration in the event of system failure. This approach significantly reduces downtime and ensures consistent recovery across physical and virtual environments.
File-level backup
File-level backups protect individual files and folders, allowing selective restoration of specific data without recovering the entire system and in general are faster then restoring from image-level backups.
Application-level backup
Application-level backups capture application data in a consistent state, ensuring reliable recovery of services such as databases, email systems and business applications. So if you use Sage 50 Accounts, or similar apps will ensure they are properly backed up.
Cloud services backup
Azure, AWS, Google or Microsoft 365 you should still have a backup ensuring critical information can be recovered in the event of accidental deletion, cyber incidents or service outages.
Disaster recovery and Business continuity
Disaster recovery is the process of restoring IT systems, applications and data following a major incident or outage. It ensures business operations can resume quickly while minimising downtime and data loss.
